The Bauletto del Forno Gentile is a high-quality artisanal leavened product, made with selected ingredients and processed according to the natural times of the mother yeast. Each phase of production is carefully monitored to guarantee a soft, fragrant product with an authentic taste. Inside: type 0 soft wheat flour from Italian grains, free-range eggs, Normandy butter, acacia honey, sugar and live mother yeast. A simple recipe, but full of taste and care, which has been enriched with fresh ingredients to offer some variations.

Apricot Bauletto:
Soft and rich in flavor, the Apricot Bauletto is enriched with the prized Vesuvius apricots, grown on the slopes of the volcano. Their full and naturally sweet flavor makes the dough even softer and more pleasant to the palate.

Citrus Bauletto:
Fresh, fragrant, refined. The Bauletto agli Agrumi is embellished with orange, lemon or mandarin paste, ingredients that recall the scents of the Sorrento Coast. The citrus note blends with the sweetness of the dough and natural vanilla, for an aromatic and elegant result.

Apple and Sour Cherry Bauletto:
A tribute to the Campania tradition. The Apple and Black Cherry Bauletto combines the crunchy and fragrant Melannurca IGP with the richness of black cherries, iconic fruits of Neapolitan pastry making. A perfect balance between sweetness and fruity note, ideal for any time of day.

Chocolate Bauletto:
