Artichoke Leaves H’rouss Style (organic)

Producer: Les Moulins Mahjoub Origin: Mejerda Valley, Tunisia

H’rouss translates to “lightly chopped.” This mix of artichoke petals and hearts is chopped together, and then in a traditional Berber method, preserved in extra virgin olive oil. Produced using time-honored farming methods with no artificial preservatives or additives.

mid-Feb to May

Recommended Uses

This product is great on pizzas, added to salads, or as a garnish for grilled fish.

These condiments do not have preservatives. To make them last longer: keep upright, top with olive oil upon opening (can do this every use if desired), and refrigerate.
