Breakfast Couscous with Jam

Breakfast Couscous, the Tunisian way!

INGREDIENTS (serves 3-4)

1 cup Organic M’Hamsa Hand-Rolled Couscous
4 cups milk of choice
Mulberry or Fig Jam to top

PREPARATION

Boil 3 cups of milk. Once boiling, toss in the couscous. Stir delicately with a wooden spoon. After four minutes, turn the heat off and transfer to a cold bowl. You may add in the last cup of milk at this time to cool it down. Serve in glasses with jam of your choice (and sugar if you want it more dessert-like!).
